15. Flatwork

The forms for the concrete driveway have been set.

The picture of the driveway above shows the reinforcement that has been added to strengthen the concrete.

The picture of the driveway above (taken from the entry) shows the reinforcement that has been added to strengthen the concrete. The white pipe across the bottom is called a "sleeve" and is placed under the driveway so that water lines for a sprinkler system can easily be installed at a later time without causing damage to the driveway.

The forms are set for the back patio.

The existing curb is cut for the driveway entrance.
